If I could give zero stars, I would. Over a six-month period, Good Shepherd came to my home at least eight times to try to fix recurring problems with the gutters they installed: * Improperly installed drip edge (multiple times) * Gutters not draining; leaking against fascia * Gutters frequently overflowing * Gutters visibly scratched and dented * Gutters installed crooked; shingles not re-aligned correctly They replaced the front gutter three times, and it's still not functioning properly. As I write this, it's raining … and water is gushing over the edge. That never happened with my old system. I’m now forced to hire a reputable installer to start over. Despite repeated assurances, the manager never came to assess the work himself … only sent different crew members, none of whom resolved the issues. That kind of hands-off leadership speaks volumes. I gave them every opportunity to make this right. They didn’t. I'm leaving this review as a warning: This company cost me time, money, and months of stress. Choose wisely.

We had a great experience with this company. They were professional, showed up when they said they would, and completed the job quickly. The gutters were installed exactly as promised, the workmanship looks great, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality gutter installation.

This would actually be the third time I have used this company for their services. We decided to replace the fan we have in our attic with a hybrid model. As always they did an amazing job, quick and efficient installation and very professional. Explained everything from start to finish. Very happy customer! You can’t beat their service! I refuse to call anyone else for services! Thank you everyone there at Good Shepherd, you have a lifetime customer!

I called Good Shepherd Roofing amid a crisis and thankfully, I made the right decision. I received an inspection and quote the next day and all repairs were completed within a week! Dustin responds promptly to all emails and messages and goes above and beyond to ensure all concerns are addressed immediately. The entire team was pleasant, professional and extremely hardworking. Did I mention the price!? Good Shepherd gave me the best quote out of 15 roofing/gutter companies. I absolutely recommend this company for all repairs relating to roofing, gutter and windows. Call them today! You won’t be disappointed!

From booking to completion, Good Shepherd Roofing was awesome. We are selling our house and needed to replace some rotting fascia in some tight corners of the roofline and vent a bathroom externally. I called and Tracey helped get us set up with an appointment for a quote ASAP (called Friday, scheduled Monday!) and took great notes about what we needed (she is very sweet and helpful!). We also had a tight timeline because of the upcoming appraisal being scheduled. Mark came out on Monday and gave us a very reasonable quote, lower than others we received. He was also very helpful and even gave us recommendations for other contractors we need! He called a little later to tell me we were scheduled for that Friday and we should expect two crews (one carpentry, one roofing). Day of, there was a little confusion because only the carpenter was there as of noon (he showed up promptly at 8 AM) but when I called to ask when the other crew would be there, Tracey was awesome once again and quickly confirmed they sent one of their best that could do both the carpentry and the roof so we wouldn't need another crew. The appraisal was pushed to Thursday due to the holiday weekend but I have no doubt that their work will pass inspection with flying colors. Highly recommend, thank you so much!

Great service and excellent workmanship! The team was professional, arrived on time, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They completed the job efficiently, paid attention to the details, and left everything clean when they were finished. The roof looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. I had a good experience working with all levels of the Good shepherd team. If some areas of the work did not meet my expectations, the team came back and made the corrections/ adjustments. I am quite happy with the work that was done on my home. I had a new roof installed, gutter guards and I had two sky lights replaced. Thanks for your professionalism and respect.
