Methodology

How a website becomes
a useful sourcebook.

Every published profile is a versioned synthesis of retained source material—not an automatic rewrite of one homepage.

01

Resolve the exact business

Match the website, physical location or documented service area, phone, domain, and durable place identity before enrichment.

02

Map the whole useful site

Capture service, product, people, location, process, pricing, policy, portfolio, gallery, credential, FAQ, and contact material where available.

03

Collect genuine images

Seek useful business-owned images of places, people, work, products, projects, credentials, and awards. Never substitute unrelated stock for a listing.

04

Exhaust exposed reviews

Request the largest supported corpus, follow continuations, retain complete unique text and responses, and disclose the exact stopping reason.

05

Keep evidence lanes separate

Label business claims, official records, public reviews, reporting, and editorial synthesis without turning them into one opaque trust score.

06

Review before publishing

A paid submission is not guaranteed inclusion. Profiles publish only after boundary, duplication, evidence, safety, and presentation checks.

Review coverage promise

“Every review” means every complete review the source makes accessible—not a fabricated completeness claim.

Each archive records the maximum requested, exposed count when known, captured count, unique complete count, collection date, pagination attempts, and the reason collection stopped.
