Could not be happier with EcoView Windows of LI. We replaced our "builder grade" windows from 1990 and the new windows not only look great, our home was immediately noticeably warmer--with a lower heat setting than before. When I noticed that the first window installed had a white frame--which I had specified by only considering the inside of the house--instead of the dark brown to match the rest of the trim outside--the contractor (Carlos) and the company said, No Problem. They would fix it. The crew finished initial installing, came back in the morning and put up dark brown trim around the ten windows. Looks great! Both Carlos and EcoView went beyond my expectations. The windows themselves appear to the highest quality. Highest recommendation!

This is the most unprofessional company I ever had to deal with. They are not a company with integrity and reliability. Our roof has less than 2 years and it is already leaking in 2 locations, besides that there work was not done right. They installed gutters that the Pitch is leaning to the other side, not towards the drain. Also you must have a bolt every 12" to handle the wait of snow and heavy rain so it doesn't lose its form. They have 3 bolts on a 20ft length of gutter. They never cut out the fresh air vents on the siding, so the plumbing was not working as it should, the smell that backed up through the whole house was disgusting. When they came back to fix it, they just made a small hole and put the old vent cover over it and called it a day. They do not honor their guarantee and now we will be taking the to court. My living room ceiling is damaged and my garage is also getting damaged from this unprofessional company. There is so much more but it would take a week to put in this review... I Would not recommend them to anyone, not even to my worst enemy!!!!

I had my Windows.... Sliding glass door, front door and storm door installed and I couldn't be happier. Work was done early and the quality made me smile.

The installed windows are really nice and seem on par with the gold standard of Andersons for about half the price. The installation process went very smoothly. They were very flexible with financing options which we really appreciated. *** update *** This is an updated review after having these windows for over 2 years. Initially, we didn’t want to pay the premium price for Andersen Windows because we assumed all windows were basically the same. Looking back now, we regret choosing these vinyl windows instead. When we bought our house, we replaced about 80% of the windows with these vinyl windows, while the remaining 20% were already Andersen windows. At first, the vinyl windows worked great, and we were happy with them. However, after 2 years, the difference between the Andersen windows and these vinyl windows has become very noticeable. The biggest issue is that the vinyl windows have become misaligned and are now difficult to close. Something as simple as shutting a window can sometimes take over five minutes because I have to keep readjusting and realigning it. When I contacted customer service, the representative explained that I needed to push the upper sash up in order to properly close the bottom sash. They said this is “normal” due to gravity. The problem is that we have never experienced this issue with our Andersen windows. These windows may be fine if you rarely open them, but our family enjoys having fresh air in the house, so we open our windows frequently. Unfortunately, these windows have not held up well for that kind of regular use. That said, I am still giving this company 3 stars because their customer service has been very responsive and professional. Unfortunately, the quality and long-term performance of the product itself have been disappointing.

Don’t look anywhere else. ONLY USE THIS COMPANY. Rob came to my house as the “salesman” I says that in quotes because I had absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. He was completely transparent and informative. I felt like I was talking to a friend about buying windows and a new door in the future. There was also a whole lot of options of colors and styles. More than I could ask for. There’s also a bunch of finance options that’ll work for what I could say is most people. Steve came to measure everything and then about 4-5 weeks later (including a Christmas break) they were setting up my install date. 1/2/2025. These guys showed up at 730am right as expected and went right to work. I got 4 basement windows, 4 full-size double hung windows, a 7+ ft. bay window and a front door. I paid a fraction of what any other company could even come close to including install. The install crew was professional, detail oriented and actually vacuumed my house in the areas they worked in after they were finished. The quality of the windows and door are fantastic. They actually cut down road noise more than I knew was possible and the keep the heat locked in tight. Already lowered my heat 3 degrees even when it’s 20 or less outside. Carlos was the foreman and it was a fantastic experience. I already recommended them to a few family members.

Was a great experience, from the initial quote down to install. Had them change out the windows with my condo. Sean was a knowledgeable salesman. Knew the process from head to toe, I needed custom sized windows and he gave options. Steve the project manager came by and crossed some T’s and Dotted some I’s. Made sure all measurements were correct and took some of my HOA paperwork. Then Diana worked hand in hand with my HOA to get everything squared away. She always answers if you have any problems or questions. Carlos and his team were efficient and effective. They had the old windows out and the new ones in, in no time. Thanks again

Three days ago, EcoView arranged a replacement for my front door. It's been two months since I ordered the door. I’ve waited for a long time; but I'm happy with them. They're very professional. Installation was very detailed. The price is also reasonable. The only deficiency is that the packaging was poor; resulting in damages on the bottom of the door.

The sales people were not pushy and were very knowledgeable about their products. Needed special order windows which of course cost more. Well worth it. Needed to change installation days due to varied reasons and was given the opportunity to complete the job at our availability. Windows installed professionally! The guys were polite, punctual and cleaned up very well.

I recently had Ecoview replace two windows in my home, repair a section of roof, and sheetrock a wall that had been damaged by a previous leak. From start to finish, their team was exceptional. The quality of their work was top-notch—everything was done with care, precision, and true craftsmanship. Not only were the results excellent, but the workmen themselves were also professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. They showed up on time, cleaned up thoroughly after the job, and clearly took pride in doing things right. Eco View of Long Island is an A+++ Company. We had so many issues with our siding, roof & windows. I had saved the brochure that we had gotten two years prior, we were so impressed with their windows at that time. We knew they did windows & siding but not roofing. We wanted to have one company do it all, so I took the chance & called them. It was a great move on our part because now they do roofing. We called 3 other big name replacement window companies. We went with EcoView. The other companies were hard sell and rather annoying. Ecoview explained everything gave us a price, and gave us time to think over everything. We set a date they came on time were neat and clean. I love my new picture window (6ft x 10ft window with 6ft x 4ft corner window) It was not your average window but they had no problem.

I had multiple windows installed. Crew was on time. Did an excellent job with the installation. Perfect fit, exact caulking, no damages, all trims installed expertly. Cleaned up afterwards and left no trash behind. Very friendly, too. Price was fair for the job. I highly recommend them!

From start to finish, EcoView of Long Island was a pleasure to deal with. First call, spoke with Diana, who set up free measure, and explained the whole process. Next consultant was Steve, who came to measure, and was very exact, and confirmed everything Diana told me. They both kept in close contact, via phone and email, while custom windows were being made and within three weeks they sent out field, installation team, who were expert at what they do. I would 100 percent recommend EcoView Long Island.

It was an amazing experience dealing with EcoView. The rep I dealt with was so polite and respectful. He took his time answering all my questions and explained all the details. Staff is very courteous and professional. They made sure that they left place cleaned after the window replacement. Window quality is really good, looks beautiful and received many compliments. Eco view installed a front and back door on my home. The salesman who came to my house was great! There was no pressure into purchasing these doors. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! The doors took a while to come in since they were a custom paint, but they were so worth the wait. Installation was fast and clean! These doors look and feel amazing! No more drafts, and definitely elevated the look of my home. The pricing was very reasonable since I received 4 other quotes, but what won my business over was the fact the Eco View stands behind there product with a great warranty. A great experience dealing with the folks over at EcoView. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous in every interaction we had with them! Robert, from their sales team, was very polite and courteous when he came to look at our windows. He wasn't pushy at all and they don't put any pressure on you like some of their competition. Their installation team was extremely professional and they completed all the windows in one day - we got 7 windows replaced. The installation team was very neat and we didn't even know they were working in the house. They went above and beyond and even re-installed our window shades for us. I would be open to doing business with EcoView in the future if I needed to replace my front door or any other windows/sliders. I have left the EcoView lawn sign on my front yard and display it with pride because of the great work they did. Don't hesitate to reach out to have them come give you an estimate.

EcoView did a fantastic job with my windows. Just had 3 installed on the rear of the house. 3 techs, took just over three hours. Everyone was professional and stayed back to make sure all mechanisms were working properly. I would highly recommend.

Ecoview replaced 16 windows in my home and I was very satisfied. Carlos and his crew did an excellent job. They we all professional and efficient.

During the first week of October, 2021 I had my upstairs windows all replaced (6 of them). When the installers left it was getting dark out and I did not notice the crack to my siding or the uneven leveling of my windows in the front of the house. I did however notice it the next day. I immediately called and spoke with Effie. Long story short, Since October I was promised someone would come out and take a look at the crack and the uneven window. Many, many, many times I called and was promised that someone would be coming to the house to assess the damage. Here we are, April 22, 2022 and still no one has shown up. I did have an appointment with someone about 3 weeks ago, but got a call and was told he went the the hospital with chest pains and there was no one else that could help me (no way to run a business in my opinion). I was also lied to and was told my brother or my husband spoke with someone who came to the house (while I was not home). When I questioned them, they told me absolutely no one ever showed or spoke to them at the house. I attach pics so you can see I am not BSing. They also left pieces of metal strewn around the front of the house. Should have been cleaned up. Stay clear of this company.

We had all 21 windows in our house replaced. The new windows are great. EcoView sent a team of installers that did an excellent job. The team was about 6 people all very courteous and professional. The job was done in one day which was great. They were very careful while working in our house and they left everything very clean. My wife and I will recommend them to family and friends.

Great Company! Top tier windows and materials that look great. Absolute world class service. My sales person, whose name was Robert, went out of his way to ensure the finished product was installed correctly and to our liking and satisfaction. He went out of his way to return after the job was completed and helped install the screens that were initially the wrong style. Rarely do you see a company that applies such a personal touch like eco-view. They did 4 window for me but when it came to my bedroom window they made it smaller than the original window and its summer time and not being able to fite my AC in the window or not have central air just create awhole new problem for me. when I called to see if they could rectify the problem the person who answered the phone gave me the run around. On one call I asked if someone could come out and take the stoppers off the window cause I didn't want to touch anything and possibly damage it so maybe I could get more space, I was told they don't do that. On another call she said there was no boss in the office so she couldn't give me a definite answer on how to fix the problem. The person who sold me on the company said nothing about smaller windows. They said custom made window if I was told that ment smaller windows I would have never went with them. I am on a fixed income so instead of solving one problem they just created another expense for me. I still have not received a return phone call

From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with this company. Skyler came to provide an estimate for the work to be done. He was professional, ontime, answered all of our questions and ensured that what we wanted and needed was fully addressed. ;On the day that the work was to be done the installers arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. When they were finished they fully cleaned up and left our home looking terrific. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation. The siding on the back of our house looks beautiful.

Don’t waste your time. Michael showed up for an estimate, was very polite, sat through the 90 minute fluffing. His tone quickly changed when he saw me googling the windows they were providing a quote for. Slocomb 200 series, a baby step above builders grade. His window sample was damaged and took offense when I questioned it. Proceeded to give me a 33,000 estimate for 23 windows. Refused to let me see his rate sheet that he was filling out. Said “you wouldn’t understand it anyway”. He literally sat there and made numbers up. Then asked random questions because he wanted to get me “all eligible discounts”. Dropped down to 23,000. Still high for entry level windows. I asked if there were better windows he could quote me on. He told me no. I said I just want to do the 4 windows in the front first to see the quality of the installation, as the girl on the phone told me that was an option and we would have a year to complete the work for the price quoted. He quickly changed attitude, and said well now I need to rewrite you an estimate. Looked like a deer in head lights. Again made up numbers told me it would be 6000 but he was going to take 1000 off the price to bring it to 5000. He left I reviewed his estimate, and even with all the added “fluff the price packages” his price was 1500 over the rate sheet he gave me. I immediately called because he sped away so fast. The office was closed, I left a message and the sales manager called me back within a few minutes. He was very apologetic, said Michael was on the newer side and he would like the opportunity to come down and show me other options and better pricing. We scheduled for Monday at 8:30am. I received a phone call Monday morning at 8:20 from the company owner - Watson. He was very apologetic and said Michael is new, and suffering from some anxiety issues. They can install any type of window - Pella, Andersen, and have higher end Slocombs as well. He felt he would be the better fit to come down, look at the install methods and give me the best price without any run arounds. This was really just a stall tactic as the sales manager just bailed. So I rearranged my schedule for the Monday appointment, only to reschedule everything again for a new appointment at 8:30 today. Here we are, 9:30 and no show no call for the scheduled appointment from the owner. This was a great thing, because I’m sure in the long run this saved me from dealing with problems and having no one available to fix them. A warranty is only as good as the person whom gives it. Remember that.

The service I received was excellent, from the salesperson, the office staff and the installers. They were all very professional and provided excellent support and service. I love my new windows.

BEWARE!! UNDER NO CONDITIONS SHOULD YOU USE THIS COMPANY!! They sold me all the windows and doors in my home and the ones they delivered (yes, a slider and several others were not installed 8mos after ordering because they did not have them) do not seal or have structural integrity (they shake in the wind and let cold air in), they installed BROKEN WINDOWS, they substituted traditional handles for my front entry door when contemporary handles were requested, most of the screens are missing or don't fit, my sliding glass door doesn't close and several parts have fallen apart in that door. My other slider wasn't delivered and installed (over a year now). We invited them back to assess the situation with the mfg rep. He threw their initial measuring and sub contractors work under the bus. I have had three other contractors inspect the installations. This is what I found out. They installed replacement windows after they completely removed the existing casements and did not install any waterproofing over the framing. New construction windows are required when casements are removed. They did not secure the windows properly I with interior or exterior stops. They will blow out in a hurricane. They are not air tight. Our front door no longer latches shut. The black door is painted with latex. Our front picture window is way out of level. When I expressed my displeasure they threatened me with legal action and then tried to change the contract asking for money immediately (we agreed to pay when finished in the contract) before they would do anything to make fixes. When we refused to change the contract agreed to and demanded they return our deposit (of course we will give them everything back), they put a mechanics lien on my home. I am replacing everything they did with new windows and doors with a real contractor. Also, I am working with Suffolk County Consumer Affairs and have retained a Manhatten contract attorney to beat these guys. DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!! I'll update this complaint with every turn of events. The pictures I have provided are not a complete library but very relevant to my narrative

We actually found Ecoview at the long island home show. At the event we scheduled an appointment for a quote. The sales rep arrived right on time and gave us a very reasonable quote for our window replacement. Once we agreed upon the details two other reps came out and measured all the windows. On installation day the crew arrived timely and were very respectful of our property. Overall they did a wonderful job from start to finish and I would certainly recommend them to a friend.

I had 4 windows and 1 sliding door installed. The sales person and project manager were informed and professional, answering all questions. The installation crew had a master carpenter for the installation and a siding pro for the finishing outside work. The windows are more substantial than my old ones. I have noticed that it has better sound proofing than my original windows. The work was done efficiently and cleanly. I will. E using them in the future to replace the remainder of my windows.

I had bought windows from EcoView, and can be any happier with the quality of the windows. They came and installed the windows and was very pleased with the work they had done. The workers were very helpful with any questions we had. They install lasted 2 days, where very clean.

I was told these would be custom seamless windows fit to our house's specs. The windows they brought were too small and have seams at each corner. I tried to get in touch with someone from the office the day of the installation and no one would call me back. I felt manipulated to sign the walkthrough paper after the installation was completed. I was told someone would come after the installation to check the work but this didn't happen even after I requested it multiple times. They've been hounding me to write a review, so here it is.

We needed to take out an old AC wall unit, and had such a hard time finding a company to do it! Luckily we found EcoView, who took on the project and were able to come up with a great solution for us. We ended up with a nice window that gives us light and privacy at the same time! It is also properly insulated, so no more drafts and looking at an eyesore! Company was also prompt and communication was awesome.

I used Ecoview for my window installation project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From the very beginning, I didn't feel pressured into buying anything or going with their company. I also shopped around before choosing them and I chose them for their prices and their customer service. Diana over at Ecoview is sweet and gives you her full attention. Their sales rep was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the selection process with advice on choosing the best windows for my home. He helped me understand the various options available, including energy-efficient features and customization choices, ensuring that I made an informed decision tailored to my needs. I ordered windows for front and back side of home as well as a Bay window for the front of the home. The installation crew was top-notch - punctual, courteous, and efficient. They worked diligently to install the windows with precision and attention to detail, leaving no mess behind. The entire process, from start to finish was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them.

I had these guys come install 7 windows and a sliding glass door. They were so fast, quiet, and clean. The install was beautifully done and my wife and I are so psyched. I live in a townhouse with an HOA, these people worked efficiently and professionally with them and there was no issues. The project manager (Steve) was on point and any issue that arose the company and technicians solved it with ease. This was a completely stress free install. My only regret is that I did not have anymore windows or doors for them to install. If the company reads this. I would sincerely like to thank them for the ease of the whole process. We are very pleased with the work done by EcoView. Our siding came out beautifully and we've been complemented numerous times by random people passing by on how great it looks. The team at EcoView was as professional as it gets, from Rob in sales to the project manager, Steve. Carlos and his team of installers worked very hard and left the perimeter of our house as clean as it was before the job started. Any questions or concerns on our end were met with clear and concise answers by Steve. Our 2800 sq foot home was completed within 4 or 5 days of continuous work. I would absolutely use EcoView again for future projects. We are extremely satisfied!

I couldn’t say enough nice words about this company- Anthony (sales) was upfront, honest, friendly; so with Steve (operations) worked on the measurements and ordering of windows and was in contact with the crew who did the installations- they were all knowledgeable and nice. Yes, they did a great job and they left as if nothing was missed- no mess! We will be getting in touch with you again to replace the rest of our windows and doors. Thank you.

If you want a quality product with amazing customer service, call EcoView. I had sliding glass doors installed to replace older ones. The reps are happy to give you a rundown of their products with respect to materials used, thermal protection, etc. Whenever I had a question, I was able to get help from EvoView- not some automated service with a hundred questions to get to the right person. Unlike big box stores, you get employees who care about you and want you to be happy.
